Eligibility
This program is designed to create excitement and interest among our Retail Sales Associates. Each INDIVIDUAL Sales Associate must register separately.
No consolidation of points will be allowed.
Program Participants must be at least 18 years of age, a Sales Associate at one of the "Authorized Rebecca Dealers". Participants must register with the Program through our website www.rebeccaestore.com. Participant's registration with the Program must be validated by the store manager/owner. Participants must be enrolled on our website to accrue points and to collect prizes.
How it works!
For every Rebecca product that a Program Participant sells, that Sales Associate will receive Program points.
A Program Participant will get (1) point for every Forty dollars ($40.00) product retail value sold, excluding taxes and other fees (for example, if an item sells for $400.00 retail, the Program Participant will receive 10 points).
When a Program Participant reaches 500 points, he/she will receive 1 point for every thirty dollars ($30.00) of product sold.
Sales must be reported online within 15 days of the completed transaction. If sale is canceled/returned, points will NOT be rewarded. In addition, no piece reported sold will be allowed to be returned for credit by the Authorized Dealer.
The top 25 Sales Associates will be continually listed on the home page.
Rebecca USA reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Program, or any part of it, in its discretion, or in case of any fraud, technical failures, errors in the administration of the Sales Contest or the processing of entries, or any other factor which impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Program as determined by Rebecca USA in its sole discretion. Rebecca USA reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the Program process, or the operation of the Program, or to be acting in violation of these Rules or Rebecca USA, or in an unfair or disruptive manner.
Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Program may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Rebecca USA reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Potential sales contest winners need not be present at the drawing or the announcement of potential winners to win. Decisions of the Rebecca USA are final, binding, and conclusive in all matters. ANY PERSON ATTEMPTING TO MAKE FALSE SALES ENTRIES, OR TO DEFRAUD REBECCA USA IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM MAY BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
